Do you want to encourage someone else to start using the We4U app as well? Then use the 'Nudge a friend' feature. This is an easy way to let them know that working together is much nicer.

How does it work?

When you click on the 'Nudge a friend' button, you can immediately send a message via, for example, WhatsApp or email. You don't have to type anything yourself; a standard text is already prepared for you.

This is the text you will share:

"Alone one can do much. Together we can do everything. Let's tackle your tasks together!"

The message also immediately contains a link with which the other person can download the app directly. This is how we make it easy for everyone to get started together.

Is the app not working (anymore) as it should, or is the app behaving strangely? Then follow these steps:

1. Check for updates

Always check the App Store (iPhone) or the Play Store (Android) first to see if an update for the We4U app is available.

• Sometimes updates are installed automatically in the background, but this does not always happen.

• If an update is available, install it first. This often resolves the issue immediately.

2. Email our support

Is the app still not working properly after the update? Then send an email to: support@we4u.app. We will then look into what is going on with you.

Tip: Please mention in your email whether you are using an iPhone or an Android phone, so we can help you faster.

Link your tasks to your own calendar

Do you want to see your tasks from the We4U app in your own calendar as well? You can! You can create a link via your Profile in the app.

Apple Calendar (iPhone/iPad)

Do you use an iPhone or iPad? Then it is very simple:

1. Go to your Profile in the app.

2. Click on the button to link your calendar.

3. Your tasks will now usually be added automatically to your Apple Calendar.

Other calendar apps (such as Outlook)

For most other apps, you can add tasks using a link:

1. Click the button in your Profile to copy the calendar link (URL).

2. Open your calendar app and look in the menu for 'Add calendar via URL'.

3. Paste the link and save it.

Google Calendar and Samsung Calendar

Please note: Do you use the Google or Samsung calendar on an Android phone? Then adding them does not work via the app on your phone. You need to set this up once via a computer:

1. Open your Google Calendar on your computer.

2. In the left column, click the plus sign (+) next to 'Other calendars'.

3. Choose the option From URL.

4. Paste the link you copied from the We4U app.

5. Click Add calendar.

Once you have done this on the computer, the tasks will automatically appear in the calendar app on your phone as well.

Important to know:

• Patience: It can sometimes take up to 12 hours for changes from the We4U app to become visible in your Google Calendar.

• Automatic: You only need to add the link once; after that, new tasks will always be shown automatically.

Try again or open the App Store or Google Play manually and search for We4U.

The app is free to download. Do you use the app without a subscription? Then you can create one group of your own. In this group, you can add five tasks each month. Do you need more? Then you can take out a subscription for €14.99 per year.

You can always join other people's groups for free and without limits. You do not need a subscription for this.
